Before you confirm, your quotation will identify the proposed itinerary, travellers, dates, price and included services. Prices and availability remain subject to confirmation until the booking requirements shown in your quotation have been completed.

Traveller details

You are responsible for checking that names, dates of birth and other traveller details are complete and accurate. Names should match the travel documents that will be used for the journey.

Payments

The deposit, balance due date and accepted payment arrangements will be stated in your quotation or booking documentation. Some supplier services may require immediate or non-refundable payment.

Changes and cancellations

Requests to change or cancel should be made in writing. Charges can depend on timing and on the rules applied by airlines, hotels and other suppliers. The conditions supplied for your booking will explain the relevant position.

Passports, visas and travel requirements

Travellers are responsible for ensuring they meet passport, visa, health and entry requirements for their itinerary. Requirements can change, so current official guidance should be checked before travel.

Travel insurance

Appropriate travel insurance is strongly recommended. Consider cover for cancellation, medical treatment, personal belongings and activities included in the journey.
